Travelling has become a little different after Covid, although it isn’t as strict as it was when international travel started up again.
Some countries require you have been tested for Covid, others require that you have your vaccinations. All are different.
I thought I would explain what you need to do so that it isn’t confusing for you as some think it is very difficult, but it isn’t really.
It depends where you are travelling to as some require you are fully vaccinated and have tested Covid free, some other countries are more relaxed than others.
What you first need to do is check your own government’s website for travelling.
In the UK for example, this page tells you what you need to do, and this page lets you select the country you are going to so you can see the latest travel rules and requirements, as every country has different laws and rules.
You usually have to complete a form when travelling overseas, to say you don’t have covid.
I would still recommend you wear a mask on public transport such as airlines, even if they don’t require it as these places have recycled air and you are packed closely to other people with no real room to breathe.
As someone who is also high risk, it is appreciated when others wear a mask. As remember, your mask protects OTHERS! Please think about others when travelling, many people are very high risk and we don’t have any protection really seeing as most places dropped mask rules.
So as you can see, it isn’t very hard to travel now, you just need to read the entry requirements.
